I am a postdoctoral fellow at Kunstakademie Düsseldorf specialising in aesthetics and the philosophy of mind. After writing a dissertation on the nature and value of doxastic rationality at the University of Oxford, I am now working on a project which will extend my interest in normativity and value theory to issues in aesthetics, picture theory, and the ethics of mass communication. During the autumn term of 18/19, I pursued some of this research at the Warburg Institute in London as a Frances A. Yates Short-term Fellow. You can find my published papers below. In addition to philosophy, I also have an interest in visual art and am currently trying to integrate these two interests more closely. CV
